THE SECOND AND THIRD PARAGRAPH ON THE HOMEWORK

The Government Printing Office in Washington D.C. about which few people know is a source of very useful information. The GPO that is the official publishing house for the federal government publishes pamphlets and books on a vast number of subjects ranging from the dangers of X-rays resulting from TV sets to the identificiation of mushrooms.About 27,000 publications many of which are inexpensive are offered through the Superintedent of Documents. Moreover There is no charge for some of them at all.

THE LAST PARAGRAPH ON THE HOMEWROK

The  holder of America's first fortune,a German immigrant,John Jacop Astor  made his initial money by trading  Indian furs.On account of the fact that He was lowborn and uneducated,He  never had a chance to speak English properly. For all these obstacles,He carried on with his business to the end in an accent that was redolent of the Hamburg gutters.

THE FIRST EXERCISE ON PARALLELISM

Our beagle loves hunting and can't help it.As soon as someone opens the back door for her,She starts to barrel down towards the porch and steps into the yard. One can't prevent her from running back and forth on the lawn in ecstasy. Her sharp nose cruises the wet grass for some certain smells. She spins her tail which spins clockwise first, but, then spins  counterclockwise in quick circles.Such activities as spinning clockwise and the contrast way which are sniffing and spinning always occur together. They, sniffing and spinning, seem to propel her.

IMAGINE by YASIN ALTUN

                                                  IMAGINE by YASIN ALTUN

Imagine that There is no blood and tears
It's cheerful wherever you look at if you know how to look
No discrimination against people whom ,we think, are below us
Above us only "piety" towards  humanity  and ALLAH
Imagine all the people are working for less powerful people to help them
Imagine that there is no difference amongst people in terms of economical reasons
It's not absurd to live for your friend or make him happy
Nothing to make them feel bad or insulted by a person
And no prejudice against people whom ,We think, aren't from us
Imagine all the people are living for the sake of ALLAH

You may say I am a not a realist
But I am not the only one
I hope someday you will be under the light of this sun
And the world will be a place where a good, equal belief happens
          Imagine no guns,bombs,dead,injured,cried eyes
It will turn into real if you can
No need for personal purposes or egos
A union of people under the rules of a good authority
Imagine all the people having the same opportunities

You may say I am not a realistic
But I am not the only one
I certainly believe that someday you will be under the light of this sun
And the world will be a place where a good, equal belief happens

I generally agree with the author on the
matter that in today's world and in particular state system technology specifically social media,Web,Twitter
Facebook have a great affect. There are many official bankings done over Internet between government and citizen. The writer believes that every person has a
right to use Internet wherever, whenever, however he likes regardless of the fact that who he is on condition that he doesn't damage the others.I totally agree with that and I think that this right can't be or at least shouldn't be prevented by anyone whether he is a stateman, boss, businessman or anyone like/apart from that. But this right hasn't been permitted at the time of "Gezi Protests" according to the author and I partly agree with this point. There isn't enough social permission for them, the protestors. There are oppressive actions from the government. The subject I am not able to agree is that I can't understand the real reasons of the protests.During the protests,There happened bad things for Turkey and I  can't appreciate  these bad things. There took place harrowing events. This is unacceptable. But I can't admit that people are subject to state attacks such as tear gas and compressed water from police cars.Social media can be and should be used to stand against these attacks. To sum up,I agree with the author most of the things she has mentioned and We are living in a Technology or Space Age.Such things as using Facebook,Twitter,YouTube etc are inevitable and If We want to live a modern, contemporary, democratic, good, fruitful life,We should give as much importance to them as we do towards bread and water. That is the point that I'm trying to say from the start!
